In a 92-second video, a TV presenter (or ISIS military spokesperson) wearing a war helmet and army clothes said that the attack on Moscow was part of "the natural context of the raging war between the organization and the countries that are fighting Islam (hinting at Moscow), a report published in the Washington Post revealed.

The video was aired on a special platform belonging to the terrorist organization.

However, what caused controversy among social media users and activists was that the TV presenter of ISIS was "fake", and he was generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI), via a program called "News Harvest".

According to the report shared by the Washington Post in collaboration with SITE Intelligence Group, News Harvest has been releasing many videos since March of ISIS operations across the world.
