ALBAWABA - Multiple clips emerged online from the Singapore Airlines flight which encountered "severe turbulence," and left the internet shocked.

A Singapore Airlines flight that was traveling from London to Singapore encountered 'severe turbulence', crashed leaving one person killed and a number of others injured, the airline said. 211 people were on board.

The crash occurred in Bangkok at 3:45 p.m. local time Tuesday, according to the airline.

The Boeing 777-300ER plane diverted to Bangkok, the Singapore Airlines posted on its official Facebook page. It added in a statement: "We are working with the local authorities in Thailand to provide the necessary medical assistance, and sending a team to Bangkok to provide any additional assistance needed."

A video was posted from inside the Singapore Airlines plane showing people shaking due to the turbulence moments before crashing then it captured the moment of the crash while screams were also heard in the background.

Another picture also captured food thrown on the ground of the plane after the crash. Nonetheless, other images also showed the flight attendant's nose covered with blood.

Furthermore, Singapore’s Minister for Transport Chee Hong Tat expressed that he is "deeply saddened" by the accident of the Singapore Airlines flight on Tuesday.

He said: "Ministry of Transport, Singapore, Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and Changi Airport officials as well as SIA [Singapore Airlines] staff are providing support to the affected passengers and their families."
