ALBAWABA - A photo of Georgina Rodríguez and her partner Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo enjoying an Iftar, the first meal Muslims have during Ramadan fasting, has circulated on social media.
Many shared the photo without recognizing it was created via artificial intelligence (AI) as they thought Ronaldo, who plays with the Saudi Al-Nassr FC, is marking Ramadan along with his colleagues as he knows lives in Saudi Arabia along with Rodríguez and their kids.
Argentine-Spanish model, Georgina Rodríguez, was seen in the photo wearing a grey hijab next to Ronaldo who was wearing white Thawb while a feast is seen behind the couple.
While others allegedly claimed Ronaldo has converted to Islam. In fact, this is not the first time such rumors emerge on the Portuguese footballer. Earlier, many claimed that he became Muslim just because he accepted to play for a Saudi team.
