ALBAWABA - A video has circulated social media after a man in Gaza was seen refusing to take the aid airdropped by the United States on the strip and threw it away.

A man appeared in the video and drew mixed reactions after he threw US aid airdropped in the garbage to show a fixed position against the help sent by the US, considering that Washington is sending military aid to Israel.

Since Oct. 7, the US has stood with Israel in its war in Gaza and announced sending several patches of military equipment to the Israeli army. As of March 4, Israeli attacks killed 30,534 people in Gaza and injured 71,920 others, the Ministry of Health reported.

In the video, the man, seen holding a plastic bag, said: "This has one place to be in. This aid was placed in a black plastic bag. okay, and it is thrown here (garbage)."

Not only military aid, but the US has several times voted against agreeing on a ceasefire in Gaza. 

However, US officials announced on March 2 the start of an American mission to send aid airdrop in Gaza, employing three C-130 aircraft for the mission triggering public anger on social media.

According to NBC, these aircraft distributed a total of 66 bundles and 38,000 meals over Gaza, as confirmed by an authoritative source. 

controversy was sparked online after the announcement of the US aid airdrops in Gaza, as many accused President Joe Biden of "double standards and hypocrisy" and many accused it of being a partner of the war, so as this man from Gaza, who refused to accept the sent aid and threw it away as a way to protests US assist to Israel.
