ALBAWABA - A food truck serving pizza in Gaza has taken the internet by storm showcasing the resilience of the Palestinian people and how hope remains despite the rubble caused by Israeli airstrikes and bombings since Oct. 7, 2023.

A video was shared across social media showcasing a minivan pulling a small caravan with a pattern of burgers and pizzas scattered all over it, as it commuted across the rubble in Gaza. The mini food truck later parks while its chefs start preparing the pizza which was served to Palestinians surrounding it including children.

According to the UN, more than 60,000 structures were destroyed and 20,000 were left severely damaged after 15 months of grueling bombings and destruction which reached its end after a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel was reached.

As displaced Palestinians made their way back to their homes in Gaza, the constant bombardment from Israel has left most homes either destroyed or uninhabitable.

Since Oct. 7, 2023, Israel has resulted in the killing of at least 62,000 Palestinians and the injuring of more than  111,000 injured, after local authorities added the missing and presumed dead, to the list, as reported by Al Jazeera.
