ALBAWABA - "Is Muammar Gaddafi still alive?," people have taken to social media questioning whether the former Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi died or not.
The reason behind the huge discussion online came after a person who really look-like the belated leader Gaddafi appeared in a car cheering up people in one of the streets in Libya.
A video was shared online showing a person who looks too much like former Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi inside a car while people around him were heard chanting "Long live the Leader."
This comes as Libyan were marking the 54th anniversary of the September 1st Revolution.
The video has triggered massive engagement and discussions online with comments varied where some claimed that Libyans now wish to go back to the period when Gaddafi was still the president, while others said this is to remind people how much things changed since the Arab Spring reached Libya.
A netizen said: "Some are affected by the past and do not think about the future."
Another added: "It could be Gaddafi himself and not his look-alike."
