ALBAWABA - Elon Musk recently sparked debate on his social media platform  X (formerly known as Twitter) after responding to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's post about Hezbollah being the victor amid ongoing tensions with the party and Israel.

Khamenei said on X, "Hezbollah is the victor" which was received by a community note saying that "The entire Hezbollah leadership, including Nasrallah, has been eliminated."

Musk responded to the comment in question with, "Community Note Hall-of-Famer!" In a mocking manner triggering a swarm of replies hating on the billionaire and also mocking him over his opinion on the issue at hand.

One user responded to Musk's comment and said, "What does victory look like to you Elon?

The death of children and civilians? Because that’s all Israel has achieved…40,000+ dead in Gaza and almost 2,000 in Lebanon for one Hezbollah leader. Shame on you."

Another added, "You are proud of this? Do you think it's funny that Israel 🇮🇱 is running rampant in the Middle East killing literally tens of thousands of civilians? Dude, what the f**k is your problem?"

Amid tensions between Israel and Lebanon's Hezbollah, the Israeli aggression resulted in the killing of more than 783 Lebanese people and injuring at least 2,312.

The Israeli army has launched huge airstrikes against what it claims are Hezbollah sites, escalating a year of cross-border fighting between the two sides that began in October.

According to reports, multiple Hezbollah members and commanders were killed in the aggressive Israeli strike targeting six buildings. Iran announced the death of the Revolutionary Guard's Quds Force commander in charge of Lebanon operations, Brigadier General Abbas Niloufarushan, in the same attack that killed Nasrallah.

Additionally, Hezbollah announced on Sept. 29, 2024, that Ali Karaki, the commander of its Southern Front was also killed in the same airstrike that killed Hassan Nasrallah.
