ALBAWABA - Elon Musk is trending again on his own platform X (formerly known as Twitter) with a controversial hashtag going by #ElonMuskIsATraitor.
This hashtag came into existence after Elon Musk tweeted a post mocking Ukrainian President, Zelenskyy with the addition of countless posts about Putin and Russia.
Many people took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their opinion on one of the world's most controversial figures with claims that Musk is pro-Russian propaganda.
This leaves us with one question:
Is Elon Musk pro-Russia war?
It all started after Musk shared a meme mocking Ukraine's president, Zelenskyy, and said:
"When it's been 5 minutes and you haven't asked for a billion dollars in aid" causing outrage on social media platforms with people calling Musk a traitor and an ally to Russia.
The picture is an edited version of the viral neck vein guy meme but the boy's whole head was replaced with Zelenskyy's face and hair.
Another post was a screenshot of Elon commenting "Bravo!" on Republican Senator Rand Paul's X post agreeing with his opinion on the matter.
Rand Paul said in his post that the US should not be aiding Ukraine against Russia at the cost of the US which Musk agreed on and even praised the senator.
Musk is known for his controversial takes on social media and the one above is no different.
He shared his opinion about America's current state and had a question on why America's politicians from both parties care more about Ukraine's borders than their home country's border.
