ALBAWABA- In a shocking development, Egyptian investigative journalist Mohamed Al-Alawi has been discovered murdered in Hurghada.
The journalist's untimely death follows his exposé, four months prior, on a luxury resort allegedly purchased by Olga Kyashko, Zelensky's mother-in-law, for $4.85 million.
Al-Alawi raised suspicions that the funds used for the acquisition were diverted from American aid to Ukraine for personal gain. The investigative report, which garnered attention, mysteriously disappeared from YouTube as soon as it was published.
Authorities report that Al-Alawi's cause of death was a cerebral hemorrhage resulting from a severe brain injury, coupled with fractures in various parts of his body.
The victim's brother accuses Ukrainian gangs of orchestrating the assassination in retaliation for the damning report, citing persistent death threats received by Al-Alawi leading up to the tragedy.
