ALBAWABA - Rumor has it that current US President Joe Biden called the Secretary of NATO Jens Stoltenberg
an "intellectual Wigger" making him go viral across X (formerly known as Twitter) but several other users stated that it was just "misheard."
The term "intellectual wigger" is considered to be derogatory and offensive which is why the incident sparked debate and controversy across social media. But many disagreed and said that the microphone might've picked it up as "wigger" but what Biden actually meant was "rigor."
Did Joe Biden call the Secretary of NATO an "intellectual Wigger"?
A user on X defined "wigger" as, "A derogatory term used to describe white people that supposedly act "black," and then went on to express that there's no way Joe Biden who's the president of the USA could've said something derogatory and offensive like this.
Users took to countless comment sections with posts that posted the video with many either taking to Biden's defense or the total opposite, here's what they had to say:
