ALBAWABA - U.S. President Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, are developing a luxury resort in Albania for over $1 billion.

A group of people in Albania gathered near the location where the building is set to start and called their government to ban making the resort as they carried banners reading "out, out, out".
Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, are investing $1.4 billion to develop luxury resorts in Albania.
Their primary project is on Sazan, a small island off the coast of Albania, while another related development is planned near the protected Narta Lagoon on the country's southern coast.
Ivanka Trump said about the project, "I'm working with my husband, we have this 1,400-acre island in the Mediterranean, and we're bringing in the best architects and the best brands," she added, "It's going to be extraordinary."
Sazan Island can be found between the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea, strategically located at the entrance to the bay of Vlorë, in the Strait of Otranto. It lies between Italy and Albania, but closer to the latter.
