ALBAWABA - Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were once again raided by the Romanian police over being allegedly charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women on Wednesday, Apr. 21, 2024, according to The Independent.

Moreover, an anti-organized crime agency searched four houses in Romania's capital, Bucharest, and Ilfov county to investigate accusations including the trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, influencing statements, and money laundering.

Tate's representative said in a statement, "Although the allegations in the search warrant are not yet fully clarified, they include suspicions of human trafficking and money laundering."

He added, "The brothers' legal team is present to ensure that all formalities are carried out correctly."

In Jul. 2024, a Romanian court reversed a previous ruling that allowed Andrew Tate to freely move across Europe while he waited for the ruling of his human trafficking charges.

Later, the Tate brothers were held for three months in police detention and were later put on house arrest.
