ALBAWABA - A horrific crime was documented on a live broadcast in which an Algerian man stabbed his sister in her neck in the city of Laghouat, on Wednesday, local media reported.
Alerian newspaper "An-Nahar" reported that while the victim was live in a video on her Instagram account, her brother approached her and stabbed her in her neck in shocking footage.
The reason behind the stabbing attack by the man in Aleria was unknown, nor did the police release any details of the horrific incident.
The clip showed the knife stuck in the neck of the victim, who was broadcasting "Live," before she fell to the ground, covered in blood, and raised her index finger to say "Tashahhud."
After the attack, the daughter of the Alerian woman appeared taking a video of her mother and screaming for help and assistance as she was in a hysterical condition not believing what just happened to her mother.
The victim, who is said to be over 40 years old, was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
