ALBAWABA - Pornographic star Charlotte Lavish accused the French national team and Inter Milan striker Marcus Thuram of assaulting her and raping her twice, according to a French newspaper.
In a TikTok video, which the porn actress posted on May 5 nine minutes before Inter Milan's football game against Barcelona at San Siro, accused the football player of rape and assault back in March 2022.
Charlotte Lavish said the incident took place when the Inter Milan player was playing in Germany in 2022, however, she said to Le Parisien, mentioning that a German court closed the investigation the same year for the lack of evidence.
According to Charlotte Lavish, after she had dinner with the son of France World Cup winner Lilian Thuram, they went home, and she said everything took a much more violent turn.
They planned to watch a movie; however, out of a sudden, the footballer, who was 24 at that time, jumped on her. "He raped me twice," the woman described.
On the other hand, the lawyer of the French football player rejected in a statement the accusations and allegations made by Lavish.
"On December 23, 2022, more than two years ago, the Düsseldorf public prosecutor issued a decision to dismiss the investigation proceedings that had been initiated following allegations of assault made by a young woman against Marcus Thuram," Jacqueline Laffont-Haïk, the player's lawyer, revealed.
Jacqueline Laffont-Haïk added: "The player reserves the right to take any necessary legal action."
