Unidentified suspects have set fire to Abdel Fattah al Sisi’s campaign headquarters. The incident is currently being investigated, MENA reports.

Groups have also set fire to Sisi’s campaign buildings in Cairo in recent months.

The former general said in an interview that he has survived two assassination attempts, according to MENA.

Egypt’s elections are set to take place May 26 and 27. Sisi is widely expected to win.
