Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud issued a royal order relieving Trade and Investment Adviser Dr. Ghassan bin Ahmad Al-Sulaiman of his post, said the Saudi Press Agency.
Dr. Al-Suleiman attended a fashion show, organized by a beauty academy in Riyadh. The show featured women modeling in front of a mixed audience with their heads uncovered, according to Anadolu Agency.
Al-Sulaiman praised the event in a TV statement, according to Sabq. A day later, he issued official statements condemning the fashion show, in direct contradiction to his previous statements.
