The conference on Zakya Daoud will take place in the French Institute on Tuesday March 15 in Agadir. <i>Emarrakech</i> reports that Zakya Daoud, journalist, writer and the editor of the Moroccan magazine Lamalif , published last September her book “Zaynab, the queen of Marrakech”.
The book tells the story of Zaynab, who was born in 1039 and lived in Marrakech. Through the story of Zaynab, Zakya Daoud portrays Marrakech at that time, which is today a big metropolis of about 1 million people.
