Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh concluded Friday night a one-day visit to Saudi Arabia after holding talks with King Fahd Ben Abdulaziz on the bilateral ties.
Both men discussed the developments in the regional and international arenas, Yemen’s official news agency (Saba) reported.
During the visit, President Saleh briefed the Saudi monarch on the outcome of his recent tour of the United States, Germany and France.
Furthermore, the meeting dealt with the latest escalation by Israel against the Palestinian people. President Saleh also met in Mecca with the Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, said the agency.
They discussed the bilateral issues between the two countries and their stance towards the regional, Arab and international developments that concerning the two countries, Arab, and Islamic nations – Albawaba.com
