Yemeni army and police Saturday freed a German businessman held hostage by tribal kidnappers since November 28, a Yemeni official said.
"Army and police forces have freed the German hostage and captured one of the abductors," said a local official in Marib province, 170 km (105 miles) east of Sanaa.
