The Yemeni Association of Fulbright Alumni (YAFA) has recently organized a seminar entitled 'The Yemeni-US Relations, Horizons of the Present and the Future'.

Chairman of the Shura Council Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Ghani delivered a lecture, in which he said that the Yemeni-US relations are progressing ahead, pointing out that those ties have enhanced more due to the great security cooperation between the two sides.

Quoted by SABA, Abdul-Ghani reviewed the relations which tied Yemen with the United States, stressing the economic cooperation and mainly the U.S. investments in the local oil field.

On his part, the US cultural attaché in the US embassy in Sana'a John Balian delivered a speech about the Yemeni-US partnership and the cultural and science training programs presented by the U.S. to Yemen.
