Yemen President Ali Abdullah Saleh received in Hodeidah Monday, Sheikh Hamad Bin-Jassim, Qatar's Foreign Minister, who handed President Saleh a letter from his Qatari counterpart, Hamad Bin Khaleefa Al Thani.
The letter dealt with the outcome of the 23rd summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which concluded its meetings on Sunday in Doha.
In addition, it dealt with the Iraqi issue as well as the Palestinian cause and ways of promoting bilateral cooperation, according to the official Yemen News Agency.
Abdullah Hussein Al-Bashri, Minister of State and Qatar's ambassador to Yemen, Jasim Bin-Mohammed attended the meeting. (Albawaba.com)
