Yemen authorities have arrested a person suspected of playing a part in the October 2000 bombing of the American warship USS Cole in the southern port of Aden, a security source in Sana'a said Tuesday, according to AFP.
The source did not provide the name of the suspect, who is one of ten Yemeni nationals accused of being behind the bombing which left 17 U.S. sailors dead and injured another 38.
The ten escaped from a jail in Aden on April 11 after being held for two years without trial. Eight of them are still at large. (Albawaba.com)
