Yemen’s coast guards detained 300 foreigners who tried to enter the Republic in the course of the last two weeks.

Yemen’s Deputy Interior Minister Dr. Rashad Al-Aleemi told 26 September newspaper, cited by SABA, that security officials detained the foreigners, who mainly belong to African horn countries.

They reportedly attempted to sneak into the country through the vast coast line of the Shabwah governorate, which they had reached via small boats. He added that they have been sent to the Kharaz camp in Lahj. (Albawaba.com)
