Palestinians killed an Israeli settler found stabbed to death in the West Bank, the Israeli police said on Monday. "The murder was carried out on the basis of a terrorist attack," National Police Spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said, according to Haaretz. "He was stabbed several times."
Israeli forces found the body of the settler late Sunday night near Beit Omar, north of the West Bank city of Hebron. He had been missing since late Sunday afternoon.
The settler sustained stab wounds all over his body, and his vehicle was later found overturned nearby.
Also in the West Bank, Israeli occupation forces arrested Monday morning scores of Palestinians and seized control on many houses and two High schools in Nablus, local sources told Wafa. Israeli troops conducted a wide arrest campaign in the city, taking scores of Palestinians, who were taken into Hawwara camp, south east Nablus.
