wasl Properties, the Property Management division of wasl Asset Management Group owned by Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC), today announced it will shortly open its third customer service centre in the Al Muhaisnah district of Dubai to keep pace with prolific business activities and better serve existing customers.
The one-stop centre will offer services through the week from Saturday to Thursday. Al Muhaisnah Customer Service Centre will serve 39 buildings, comprising a total of 3,734 studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as one shopping mall.
Similar to the other centres in Jumeirah and Umm Hurair, the centre will provide customer service to all our customers including those who wish to lease from the sought after residential developments - wasl Oasis North and South.

Complementing the services, the wasl call centre caters to the needs of clients and tenants from 7.00am to 10.00pm. Customers of wasl can also dial '800 wasl' to ask for information, place requests and receive immediate assistance over the phone.
