Waselly.com, UAE’s first and only food delivery partner online, launched today a new façade for their website, offering a more user-friendly portal for its growing portfolio of food outlet subscribers and customers.
Waselly Managing Partner, Mohammed Nasser said that the new look of the website is meant to facilitate customers’ navigation within the site and to provide faster and better services to both food providers and end-consumer.
The website provides a simple user guide with easy-to-follow visual guides for new users. Searching for anyone’s choice of cuisine is also provided in drop down menus with the corresponding location and information on what restaurants offer the desired cuisine. The home page also features current offers, promotions and the latest additions which are constantly being updated.
“The revamping of the website is the result of trying to make the service as user friendly as possible. When choosing for a specific restaurant, the user simply needs to choose from the list which leads to an array of food and beverage choices offered,” added Nasser.
The company currently subscribes over 33 restaurants for about 5000 registered users since it launched the service in June this year. “We would like to continue giving our partners and online customers a better feel of flexibility and instantaneousness in using the Internet as a tool to serve and be served well,” he further explained.
Waselly, which means “deliver to me” in Arabic also signed recently a partnership deal with Jawad Business Group, which manages popular brands such as Thai Express, Papa Johns and Dairy Queen.
Being caught up in the pace of Dubai life and having realized the efficiency of using the Internet for service delivery, as it has become popular in many countries, Nasser shared that the concept is quite useful in the UAE, from avoiding wrong orders to being kept on hold while making calls, it saves time and stress for anyone who simply wants to enjoy a hearty meal.
