ALBAWABA - The Moscow Department of Health stated that a person was killed and multiple others were injured in an explosion in a famous toy store in Russia, emergency services told RIA Novosti on Sunday.
The blast occurred in the building of the Central Children's Store (CDM) on Lubyanka and left three other people injured.
"Three people were injured, another died," the agency's source added.
The press service of the Moscow Ministry of Emergency Situations said that the department’s employees are working at the scene of the emergency.
On the other hand, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin outlined that the reason behind the explosion was a technical malfunction of the equipment.
Moreover, Russian emergency services said an explosion of a balloon cylinder occurred on the third floor, killing one person.
