ALBAWABA - A horrific video shows the moment Bishop "Mar Mari Emmanuel" at the Christ The Good Shepherd Church was stabbed first in the face and then multiple times by an unknown person.
The attack took place on Monday night during a sermon held a short while ago in the Australian city of Weakley.
Police got a report that a Bishop and multiple people had been stabbed but said none of their injuries were life-threatening. In addition, they added that a man was arrested.
Some unofficial sources claimed that the attacker is a "radical Muslim," however, there are no more details yet nor an official statement from the Australian government or police.
"The injured people suffered non-life threatening injuries and are being treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics," Australian police revealed in a statement.
In the clip, Bishop "Mar Mari" was leading a sermon in Sydney's west when a man approached him and started to stab him multiple times in various places in his body.
Then, Christians, who were attending the mass in Australia, rushed to help Bishop "Mar Mari", catch the attacker and hand him to the police.
