Tom Riley, US ambassador to Morocco, expressed his regret over the detention of seven Moroccan deputies, who were on a goodwill tour in the US, at Portland International Airport over the weekend.
According to MAP, the American diplomat, who contacted the speaker of the Moroccan parliament and the minister of foreign affairs and cooperation, voiced his regrets for the incident.
