ALBAWABA - Several top Israeli sources told the Daily Mail that Washington and Tel Aviv are reportedly planning to carry out attacks on nuclear sites in Iran.

The British newspaper reported citing multiple senior political, military and diplomatic sources that US President Donald Trump along with his Israeli allies are preparing to strike Iran.

According to sources, the attack could pose a threat to Tehran's nuclear weapons programs.

A senior Israeli government source said: "This should have been avoided a long time ago." It added: "It's time to draw a line."

The British newspaper further noted that the transfer of B-2 Spirit strategic bombers to the US-British military base on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean could be a clear sign that Washington is seriously planning to target Iran.

Earlier the US President made more than one threat to attack Iran's nuclear facilities claiming he wants to stop Tehran's threat.

On the other hand, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said regarding the US threats that Tehran will respond "decisively and immediately" to any threat by Washington unless they agree on a new nuclear deal.

"The enmity from the U.S. and Israel has always been there. They threaten to attack us, which we don’t think is very probable, but if they commit any mischief they will surely receive a strong reciprocal blow," Khamenei announced on March 31.
