ALBAWABA - US Central Command (CENTCOM) said it is continuing its operations against the Houthi group in Yemen, while the group announced targeting the US aircraft carrier "Harry S. Truman" for the second time in 24 hours.

CENTCOM posted footage showing a video showing American fighter jets taking off from an aircraft carrier to launch attacks against Houthi positions in Yemen.

On early Monday morning, Yemeni media confirmed that two airstrikes were reported, one struck a cotton ginning plant in the Zabid district of Al Hudaydah, western Yemen, while the other one hit a government complex in the Al Hazm district of Al Jawf governorate, northeastern Yemen.

On the other hand, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree revealed in a statement that their forces targeted the US aircraft carrier "Harry S. Truman" for the second time in 24 hours. He also reiterated the Yemeni group's commitment to preventing Israeli ships from sailing in the area of operations until the blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted.

The announcement to resume targeting Israeli-affiliated ships in the Red Sea was made following renewed Israeli attacks on the Gaza strip and the blockade on the entry of humanitarian aid to the stip and the delay in reaching a new agreement on the second phase of the ceasefire deal which was agreed between Tel Aviv and Hamas back in January.

US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said on Sunday that the strikes on Yemen killed several key Houthi leaders. He also warned Iran that "enough is enough."

The number of martyrs is 53, including 5 children and 2 women. The number of wounded is 98, including 9 children and 9 women."
