ALBAWABA - Following North Korea's decision to send troops to assist Russia in its war against Ukraine, Kyiv has called on all North Korean soldiers to surrender and come forward to authorities.

Seoul's intelligence agency announced Wednesday that North Korea has transferred 1,500 additional soldiers to Russia. Ten thousand troops are anticipated to be deployed by December.

The new deployment increases Pyongyang's forces in Russia to 3,000, according to legislator Park Sun-won, following a briefing from the National Intelligence Service.
