ALBAWABA - According to the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO), three projectiles struck a merchant vessel right off Yemen's Al Hodeida.
"The merchant vessel had been struck by two unidentified projectiles before being hit by a third," United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations said, adding that there were no reports of casualties but "the vessel reports being not under command," UKMTO reported.
The British Maritime Security Agency said that "the ship initially exchanged fire with two small vessels, one with three to five people onboard while the second carried around 10".
