UAE's hydra properties strives for stronger kuwaiti presence
Platinum sponsorship of KIPS in line with company’s vision for Kuwaiti market expansion
In a bid to further boost its strong presence in Kuwait’s real estate market, UAE based Hydra Properties, one of the leading regional real estate developers, has today, announced its overwhelming participation and platinum sponsorship of the Kuwait International Property Show, which will be held on 14-18 of April 2008 at the Kuwait International Fair Center in Mesherf. The company’s participation comes in line with its recently announced a strategic partnership agreement with Kuwait’s Al-Aqeelah and UAE’s Tassameem. In light of the importance of the exhibition Al Aqeelah will be jointly present with Hydra Properties.

The company’s Kuwaiti activity includes the recently announced partnership agreement signed between Hydra Properties, Kuwait-based Al-Aqeelah Leasing, Finance and Investment Co., and Tassameem Real Estate Co., which gave birth to the launching of Hydra-Al-Aqeelah Development Co., established with the aim to develop the Aqeeq Al-Marina, a mega real estate venture in the region, located at Kuwait's resort city of Khairan.
Commenting on this partnership, Dr. Al Fahim said: “We see this strategic partnership with Al-Aqeelah and Tassameem as a major catalyst for our Kuwaiti début for they are solid partners with sound financial power and excellent technical expertise.”
