A standard Friday sermon will be given to all imams of mosques in the UAE every week, according to the Gulf News.
The sermon will be only 30 minutes, said the paer, quotinga circular distributed by the Ministry of Awqaf .
The ministry ordered that imams have to memorize the standard sermon words and not to go beyond the text. Imams are not allowed to add irrelevant information, or make judgments in the sermon, says the circular – Albawaba.com
