Minister of Planning Sheikh Humaid bin Ahmed Al Mu'alla will head the UAE delegation to the ministerial meeting of the Economic and Social Committee for West Asia. The event will be held on Monday, WAM reported.
The meeting which will be held at ESCWA headquarters in Beirut will review amendments in the short-term program of the organisation for the year 2003-2005. Other issues to be discussed by the meeting include integrated management plans for managing regional resources with the view of accelerating sustainable economic development in member states.
