UAE announces deal with Israel to send 'urgent aid' to Gaza

ALBAWABA - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced a new agreement with Israel to permit the entry of "urgent humanitarian aid" into the besieged Gaza Strip, Emirati state media (WAM) said on Wednesday.

WAM added that Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, the UAE deputy prime minister and foreign minister and Gideon Saar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, held a phone call and agreed to allow the delivery of urgent humanitarian aid from the United Arab Emirates"
