According to Reuters, Serbia’s Foreign Minister has claimed that two staff members of the Serbian Embassy are believed to be dead after US warplanes launched airstrikes against a suspected Daesh camp in western Libya.

The US raids killed more than forty people including two Serbian embassy staff members,  Sladjana Stankovic, a communications officer, and Jovica Stepic, a driver, who were kidnapped  on November 8 near the coastal city of Sabratha after their diplomatic convoy came under fire, Reuters reports.

At a press conference in Belgrade, Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic stated, "We are expecting identification of the victims, so formally we cannot confirm the information.”
