Two attackers have been killed in an exchange of fire with police following an explosion at a police station in Istanbul, the Dogan news agency reported on Monday.
Istanbul police officials said ten people have been wounded, but they declined to give a death toll.
In a separate attack this morning, two people opened fire on the US consulate in Turkey’s biggest city before fleeing the scene.
Turkish broadcaster NTV said that a female suspect has been arrested.
