Two demonstrators face serious penalties in Iran

Two people arrested in the course of recent demonstrations in the Iranian city of Shiraz have been found guilty of "warring against God", which carries heavy penalties including death, according to a press report. 

 

On Tuesday, Abrar quoted local judiciary chief Hossein Ali Amiri as disclosing the verdict of the court but not the sentence. (Albawaba.com)
