The Lebanese army arrested 28 Syrians on Lebanon’s eastern border Monday for attempting to illegally cross into the country, the military said.
The 28 attempted to pass through the Masnaa border crossing, according to the statement.
A separate Army statement said three Syrians suspected of belonging to a terrorist group were arrested in the Bekaa Valley.
