A Turkish Airlines flight departing from Houston, Texas, was rerouted to Ireland on Sunday when airline officials discovered a handwritten bomb threat, Reuters reported.

The Boeing 777 aircraft, which was headed for Istanbul, landed safely in Shannon, Ireland, where all 209 passengers, including two infants, disembarked safely. The passengers were transferred to a secure part of the airport while officials searched the plane.
