Turkey made the claim that they have only struck Daesh positions in Syria since the start of a ceasefire this weekend. The statement was made by a foreign ministry spokesman on Wednesday, who also said that the Syrian regime and Russia have been carrying out bombings since the cessation of hostilities began.

Tanju Bilgic also announced at a press briefing in Ankara that allegations made by Russia concerning weapons being sent to Syria hidden in aid convoys from Turkey were unfounded and part of a ploy to distract from Russian war crimes.
