Tunisian President Zein El Abideen bin Ali received Thursday a letter from his Libyan counterpart, Moammer Kadhafi, on bilateral relations, reported the official Saudi press agency, SPA.
The letter also deals with ways of enhancing African unity, said the agency.
A Tunisian official said the message was handed over by the Libyan ambassador to Tunis, Ahmed Al Nakassah.
Bin Ali visited Tripoli in mid-June and held talks with Kadhafi on bilateral ties and current regional and international issues – Albawaba.com
