“Human capital is the key to the success of a company” Said Mr. Wazir Daredia, Executive Director & CEO of leading Real Estate Development Company, Trident International Holdings (TIH), while announcing ‘Trident Learning Curve 2006’, a two day rigorous training and exchange forum beginning today, for the company’s global marketing team. This is certainly one of the first and most innovative HR efforts by any private real estate developer in the UAE.
Driven by the company’s principal focus on human resources, the Trident Learning Curve works at enhancing skill sets and infusing increased productivity and greater market orientation in an employee vis-à-vis their conventional learning curve. This forum will also provide the multi-cultural teams an opportunity to get to know each other as well as deeply root in the corporate culture and visions of the organization. The TLC model of Trident will independently focus on the various core functions of the company right from sales to projects and will hold such forums on a regular basis. The first edition of TLC 2006 starting today at the Hilton Resort - Al Ain, will essentially focus on the marketing department.
Commenting further, Mr. Daredia said, “The difference between organizations and great organizations is the right application of the human content. We at Trident share the same philosophy and believe that there is a direct correlation between our every single employee and the projects we develop. And since it’s just not about mere sq. feet, our focus on Human resources has always been integral to us”.
TLC 2006 will present a series of training sessions as well as case studies and modules sourced and developed by function heads during their strategic business programmes at the prestigious Harvard Business School and other institutes of repute. TIH sends senior executives to such reputed business schools on an ongoing basis in order to enhance their knowledge and give them multicultural exposure.
“Trident strongly believes in human relationships as well, reason why the company invests a significant amount in overseas executive education without binding employees to any retention contracts” Says Mr. Daredia. “We believe in building relationships with our employees as much as we focus on our customers and associates. This is a reason why employee retention levels are very high in the Company” he concludes.
Said Ayush Kukreti, Vice President Marketing & Global Business Development, “Trident has propriety tools in place enabling concentration on three strategies such as establishing a performance environment, managing performance and improving performance. These three strategies put together result in significant human resource development. Through the help of these modules, Trident addresses performance deficits by prioritizing and addressing those factors with targeted improvement strategies. We are confident that the marketing team will reap the benefits from these strategic models in this meet.”
