Braun showed their appreciation to pharmacists throughout the UAE for their important role in public health, in particular their role in promoting the importance of cardiovascular health and hypertension awareness. ‘Healthy Heart Hampers’ were distributed to over fifty pharmacies containing relaxing supplements such as herbal tea and massagers, bars of dark chocolate containing antioxidants known to help cardiovascular health, and sports towels for exercise. Also included were tips on keeping a healthy heart along with a fact sheet on proper use of Braun’s new blood pressure monitor, the BP3550.

Now available in major pharmacies across the UAE, the Braun range of wrist monitors, the most recent being the improved BP3550, now incorporate the new EasyClick wrist cuff, a self-adjusting strap that automatically fastens correctly, taking clinically accurate readings at home is easier and more reliable than ever. The measurement process is also made extremely comfortable with a new Soft-Inflation technology to take readings during inflation rather than deflation, requiring lower maximal pressure and reducing noise to a minimal level.
