“In a sound and music fest at the Holiday Centre Crown Plaza Mall, a chorus of twenty three child musicians moved to the beat of the "Festivity Concert”. As people walked into this year's traditional end year concert, they were greeted by a colourfully decorated mall celebrating a unique occasion where major religious festivities overlap in the same week.
Concert organizer Rawhi A. Abeidoh said “In a year where everyone in the country is celebrating their own religious and cultural festivity, we have seen a great attendance from all the cultures and ethnicities. This does not only made this year’s concert very unique but also unforgettable musical experience given by younger talents.”
Organizing concerts in shopping malls has been gaining popularity over the past few years. Having one of the biggest music schools amongst its retailers, Holiday Centre Crown Plaza dedicated a regular day for musical activities to bring art closer to the community mall it is serving.
Unlike many conventional malls with large scale entertainment centres, Holiday Centre Crown Plaza positions itself as a community mall, bringing boutique retailers with more personal touch to the visitors. “
