Security authorities in the Egyptian district of Giza managed to arrest a gang of three men who specialized in armed robbery during the Iftar time in Ramadan, the daily Al Gomhuria reported.
A 21-year-old worker filed a complaint at Giza intelligence department alleging that he had been surprised during the Iftar time with three persons carrying knives and jack-knives and who robbed him 50 pounds.
Investigations revealed that the three criminals took the opportunity of calm in the streets during the Ramadan sunset meal to carry ou their “business.” The robbers confessed to their crimes, pending a trial -- Albawaba.com
