Tehran will host its first international exhibition and conference on the earth sciences in late July, said the director of the exhibition and conference, Hadi Soleymani, on Tuesday.
Soleymani told the official Iranian news agency, IRNA, that more than 50 Iranian and foreign companies would take part in the fair, where equipment used in geography, geology and meteorology, as well as products used in environmental protection and air pollution and natural disaster control will be on display.
The four-day exhibition and conference is being sponsored by 14 major state-run and private companies, he said.
Companies from Iran as well as Germany, Canada, UK, China, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia have so far registered for the exhibition, he added – Albawaba.com
