Syria's Minister of Interior Gen. Ali Hammoud stressed the "deeply-rooted" Syrian-Jordanian relations, asserting the need of developing these relations.
During a meeting with the Syrian-Jordanian Borders Committee Wednesday, Hammoud said that Syria seeks to boost fraternal relations between the two sides and facilitate procedures of entry into Syria on the border crossing points.
The Minister was briefed on the issues discussed by chairmen of the Syrian and Jordanian delegations where the two sides underlined necessity of overcoming all obstacles, SANA reoprted.
